Our zucchini plants are once again taking over our backyard (pretty sure I wrote about this last year too). You’d think we’d learn and maybe plant less zucchini… but nope. Instead, there are gigantic monstrosities of zucchini plants taking over the garden. Luckily, it seems that I’m not the only one drowning in zucchini… Cooking Light and Martha Stewart both have a whole cache of zucchini recipes just waiting to be tried out.
