Making popsicles is one of our all time favorite summer activities! I ordered some fun popsicle molds on Amazon and have been trying every fruit combination we can get our hands on.
This cherry-peach-blueberry combination is one of our favorites yet!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peaches
1 pint of blueberries
1 cup of tart cherry juice (I used Knudsen’s Organic Tart Cherry)
DIRECTIONS
Puree all three ingredients in a food processor. Pour through a strainer to sift out large chunks. Pour into popsicle molds. Add back in a scoop or two of blueberry/peach from the strainer (optional). Freeze.
And enjoy!

yum. this sounds amazing!
They’re so yummy! Your boys would love them (is Nat big enough for popsicles? More importantly, can she eat blueberries/peaches and tart cherry juice?). 🙂
YUM! These looks so so good.
And again, the pictures are beeeeautiful!!
Kristin, these look delicious. I love that they’re just fruit and nothing else. Making popsicles is one item on our summer bucket list that we haven’t gotten to yet. I can’t wait!
Shana, I love the all fruit aspect best too! 🙂
And don’t worry at all about my name. 🙂
Just realized I spelled your name wrong. Sorry about that!!
