Looking for a fabulous finishing touch for all those homemade peach pies that are just perfect this time of year? Spell the recipient’s name in pie dough! Using mini alphabet cookie cutters, punch out the letters of your pie-lover-in-residence’s name out of your top crust (I did this a few times around the perimeter, actually). Place the pie dough name that you just punched out in the middle of the pie, bake and serve! Perfect!
