The weather FINALLY feels like fall in Texas, and I’m settling in to everything cozy (and also, wearing my very favorite sweaters and jeans while I can because I just *know* we have another bit of summer coming our way #takeitwhileIcangetit).

It is perfect for a party menu (set it and forget it!), but also, a low key version is so fun for family dinner.
Just gather all the grilled cheese ingredients- different kinds of bread and cheese, add ons like herbs, green chiles, jalapenos, sliced steak, tomatoes, pesto, and ranch), and a panini press (or a hot skillet), and you’re good to go!
